Pariksha Taiyari (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of parikshataiyari.com to do the same. We follow a takedown process modeled on the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), which is widely followed as an industry-standard practice, alongside the applicable due-diligence and takedown provisions under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (including Section 79) and the Copyright Act, 1957, as applicable to intermediaries and content owners in India.
1. Filing a Copyright Complaint (Takedown Request)
If you believe that any content on our Website infringes your copyright, please send a written complaint to our designated contact (see Section 5) with the following details:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The exact URL(s) or location of the material on our Website that you claim is infringing
- Your contact information (name, email address, and, where applicable, address)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Incomplete or vague complaints (e.g., without specific URLs or details of the copyrighted work) may not be actionable and may delay resolution.
2. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid complaint, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported content within 36 hours of receiving actual knowledge of the infringement, in line with the due-diligence timeline recognized under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We will also notify the user (if any) who submitted the disputed content, where applicable.
3. Counter-Notice
If content you submitted to our Website was removed as a result of a copyright complaint, and you believe this was done in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to us with the following details:
- Identification of the content that was removed and its location on the Website before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts specified in our Terms & Conditions
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will evaluate it and may reinstate the content if we determine, at our discretion, that the removal was made in error, unless we receive notice that the original complainant has initiated legal action.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
We take repeated copyright infringement seriously. If a user is found to have submitted infringing content on three (3) separate occasions, each supported by a valid copyright complaint, we reserve the right to permanently remove the relevant content and terminate that user’s account and access to the Website, without prior notice.
5. Designated Contact for Copyright Complaints
All copyright complaints and counter-notices should be sent to:
- Email: [dmca@parikshataiyari.com]
You may also reach us via our Contact Us page under the DMCA/Copyright category.
6. Our Own Content
Please note that the PYQs, solved papers, mock tests, articles, and other material we publish are either sourced from official exam-conducting bodies for educational and reference purposes (see our Disclaimer), or are our own original compilation, formatting, and explanatory work. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or resale of our content is itself a violation of our Terms & Conditions, and we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including filing our own takedown requests against third parties who redistribute our content without permission.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this DMCA/Copyright Policy from time to time. Please review this page periodically for the latest version.
