Welcome to Pariksha Taiyari. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Pariksha Taiyari (“we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your access to and use of the website parikshataiyari.com (the “Website”) and all services, features, content, and applications offered through it (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, accessing any part of the Website, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website and its Services.
1. Description of Services
Pariksha Taiyari is an online educational platform specifically designed to assist students in preparing for competitive examinations conducted in India, including but not limited to UPSC Civil Services, SSC (CGL, CHSL, MTS, CPO), Banking (IBPS PO/Clerk, SBI PO/Clerk, RBI Grade B), Railway (RRB NTPC, Group D), NDA, CDS, AFCAT, and various State Public Service Commission examinations.
Our platform provides the following Services:
Previous Year Question Papers (PYQ) and Mock Tests: We offer a comprehensive collection of previous year question papers from various competitive examinations, presented as interactive online mock tests. Students can attempt these tests in a simulated exam environment, and their results — including score, correct and incorrect answers, accuracy, and time taken — are automatically saved to their personal dashboard for future reference and performance analysis.
PDF Store: Our digital store offers downloadable study materials, including exam syllabi, cut-off compilations, subject-wise notes, and other educational PDFs. These digital products are available for purchase through secure online payment and are delivered instantly to the buyer’s personal library on the platform.
Current Affairs and Daily One-Liners: We publish regular current affairs updates and concise daily one-liner summaries of important events relevant to competitive examination preparation.
Practice Sets: Topic-wise and subject-wise practice question sets are available for students to strengthen their preparation in specific areas.
Student Dashboard: Every registered student gets access to a personal dashboard featuring an overview of their test performance, complete test history with detailed analytics, a library of purchased PDFs, and comprehensive profile management tools including avatar customization, password management, Google account linking, and account deletion.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must be at least 13 years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use our Services, and that your parent or guardian has read and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access most features of our platform, you are required to create a student account. You may register using your email address and a password of your choice, or through Google Sign-In for one-click registration. During registration, you must provide a valid email address and your full name. You may optionally provide a mobile number.
Depending on the administrator’s configuration, email OTP verification may be required during the registration process to confirm that you own the email address provided. Additionally, mobile number verification is required before you can perform certain actions on the platform, including submitting mock test results, downloading PDFs, making purchases from the store, and deleting your account. This verification is conducted through a one-time password sent to your registered email address.
You are permitted to have only one account per email address and one account per mobile number. Creating multiple accounts using different email addresses to circumvent any restrictions or abuse the platform’s services is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password and session. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
4. Google Sign-In
We offer the convenience of registering and logging in through your Google account using Google Identity Services. When you choose this option, you authorize Google to share your basic profile information (name and email address) with us for the purpose of creating or accessing your account. No other Google account data is accessed or stored.
If you register through Google Sign-In, your account is initially created without a password. You may set a password at any time through your profile settings, which will enable you to log in using both email/password and Google. You may also disconnect your Google account from your profile at any time, provided you have first set a password to ensure continued access to your account.
Your use of Google Sign-In is additionally subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
When using our Services, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and responsible manner. Specifically, you agree to the following:

You may access the Website, take mock tests, purchase and download PDFs for your own study, view your performance analytics, and manage your profile in accordance with the intended functionality of the platform.

6. PDF Store, Purchases, and Payment
Our PDF Store offers digital educational materials for purchase. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We support various payment methods including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking, as offered by the payment processor. We do not directly collect, store, or have access to your payment card details or banking credentials. All payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay in accordance with their security standards and privacy policy.
Upon successful payment, the purchased PDF is immediately added to your personal library accessible from your student dashboard. You can download the PDF through a secure, time-limited download link generated specifically for your account. Each download link is unique to your account and may not be shared with or transferred to others.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of PDF documents are considered final once the product has been delivered to your library or downloaded. We are generally unable to offer refunds for digital products because the content is fully accessible immediately upon purchase.
However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to treating our users fairly. We will consider refund or resolution requests in the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you are unable to download a purchased PDF due to a technical error on our end, please contact us at contact@parikshataiyari.com with your transaction details. We will resolve the issue and ensure you receive your product, or provide a full refund if the issue cannot be fixed.
- Wrong Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the wrong PDF and have not yet downloaded it, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will review your request and provide appropriate assistance, which may include an exchange or refund at our discretion.
- Content Issues: If a purchased PDF contains significant errors, is substantially different from what was described, or is corrupt/unreadable, please contact us with details and we will either provide a corrected version or issue a refund.
All refund requests should be directed to contact@parikshataiyari.com with your registered email address, transaction ID, and a description of the issue.
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Mock Tests and Educational Content
Our mock tests are designed to simulate the pattern and difficulty level of actual competitive examinations by presenting questions from previous years’ question papers. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the questions, answer keys, and scoring algorithms, we acknowledge that human error is possible. We welcome feedback and corrections from our users.
Your test results, scores, and performance analytics are intended solely as educational tools to help you assess your preparation level. They should not be interpreted as a prediction or guarantee of your performance in any actual examination. Variations in question patterns, difficulty levels, and scoring methods between our mock tests and actual examinations are normal and expected.
Test progress data, including your scores, correct/incorrect answers, and time analysis, is saved automatically to your account and is visible only to you. We do not publicly display or share individual student performance data with other users, third parties, or examination bodies.
9. Intellectual Property and Copyright
The Website and its entire contents — including but not limited to the design, layout, user interface, logos, graphics, compiled question sets, original educational content, PDF documents, and software code — are the intellectual property of Pariksha Taiyari and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of India.
Government examination question papers that appear on our platform are compiled from publicly available sources and are the property of their respective examination conducting bodies (UPSC, SSC, IBPS, RRB, etc.). We present these questions in an organized, interactive format strictly for private study and educational purposes in accordance with Section 52(1)(i) of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, which permits fair dealing for the purpose of private or personal use including research and education. If any examination body or copyright holder believes that specific content infringes their rights, we request them to contact us at contact@parikshataiyari.com and we will promptly review and remove the content in question.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, upload to any other website, sell, or commercially exploit any content from our Website without our prior written consent. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our PDFs or compiled content may result in legal action.
If you believe that any content on our Website infringes upon your copyright or intellectual property rights, please submit a detailed notice to contact@parikshataiyari.com, including identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, and your contact information. We are committed to responding promptly to valid copyright concerns.

- You have illegally distributed, shared, or resold purchased PDFs or other copyrighted content from our platform
- Your account has been involved in automated or bot-driven activity
- Continued provision of services to you would pose a security risk to the platform or its users
If your account is suspended, you will not be able to log in, take tests, or access your library until the suspension is lifted. For permanent bans, you will lose access to all account data, including purchased PDFs.
Voluntary Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your own account at any time through the “Danger Zone” section in your profile settings. Account deletion requires mobile verification and explicit confirmation by typing “DELETE.” Once you confirm deletion, all your personal data — including your profile, test history, progress records, library access, and OTP records — will be permanently deleted from our active database. Residual copies may temporarily exist in automated system backups, which are regularly overwritten. This action cannot be undone, and deleted data cannot be recovered from the active database.
